Witchitaw, a dynamic southern country rock ensemble from Annapolis Valley, Nova Scotia, has made significant strides in the music scene with three full-length albums recorded in Nashville. Their latest album, "The Ride," released on May 5, 2018, has captured the hearts of fans and critics alike, earning a nomination for "country recording of the year" at the Nova Scotia Music Awards. The lead single "Posse" gained nationwide recognition, with over 30 Canadian radio stations and Sirius XM Canada adding it to their playlists.
Following their album release, Witchitaw debuted their single "Moonshine" on July 1, 2018, which coincided with their standout performances at the 2018 Cavendish Beach Music Festival in PEI. The band also produced a music video for "Moonshine" in Cavendish, featuring exhilarating live performance clips, crowd interactions, and exclusive backstage footage.
