Our citrus dry rub adds great flavor along with our cherry wood smoke rings.  We use all Canadian products served by our all Canadian crew!!!
 

Pistol Pete's: An award-winning rib team, we’re bringing you authentic southern smoked BBQ. Established in 1982, we’ve toured across Canada, perfecting our smokehouse to bring you the highest quality BBQ. We offer a wide variety of your favourite smoked meats, and we have spices and sauces available for you to take home to share with the family. Camp 31: It all started in 1908, in a small Alabama town where a sawmill general store stood at the heart of the community. Decades later, that spirit of craftsmanship and connection sparked something bigger—Camp 31 BBQ, founded by Larry Murphy in 1985.

In 1986, with a little help from the Brewton Police Department, we entered our very first BBQ cook-off in Pensacola, Florida—and took home three first-place trophies. That winning spark ignited a journey that hasn’t slowed down since.

For the past 40 years, we’ve traveled coast to coast, earning our place as one of North America’s most decorated and hard-working BBQ teams. Along the way, we’ve picked up countless awards—but it’s the smiles, the stories, and the satisfied appetites that matter most.

And for 25 years, we’ve been proud to call Paris, Ontario our second home—sharing our passion, our craft, and our championship BBQ with a community that’s become family.
