Harbourside RibFest, Dartmouth's ultimate summer food fest! We're looking for passionate food vendors to join us at Alderney Landing. Showcase your delicious creations to thousands of hungry attendees, all while supporting incredible local and international causes. Apply now, spots are limited!

Live Music All-Day
We have lined up all-day live music to entertain the crowds.
Cost
We offer two booth sizes:

10' by 10' - $850 plus HST

20' by 10' - $1,500 plus HST
-
$7.50 plus HST per additional sq foot​

Vendor Product Guidelines – Harbourside RibFest
At Harbourside RibFest, we work hard to minimize product conflicts, ensuring that your business has the best opportunity to thrive. Some products are not accepted because certain vendors have exclusive rights.

Vendors are not permitted to sell the following items:

Any type of potato-based product

Lemonade
-
BBQ Pork
-
BBQ Ribs
-
BBQ Chicken
-
Pulled Pork
-
Beef Brisket
-
Water, pop, and other non-specialty drinks

Alcoholic beverages

This is not an exclusive list, and additional restrictions may apply. If you have any questions about permitted products, please contact us before submitting your application.
Applications
​​How the application works:

✔ Step 1: Fill out this application and agree to the terms & conditions (we promise they’re important, not just fine print!).

✔ Step 2: Pay a $200 deposit with a major credit card.
-
✔ Step 3: We’ll review your application to make sure we’re a good match. We try to avoid conflicting vendors.

✔ Step 4: If you’re approved, we’ll let you know and provide a final invoice that is due by June 1, 2026. Final payments can be paid by eTransfer or credit card for a fee.
