Jon Hines, a prodigious blues artist from Cape Breton, Nova Scotia, has swiftly made his mark on the Canadian music scene. In 2023, he was nominated for Music Nova Scotia's Blues Recording of the Year, following his 2022 nomination for the East Coast Music Association's Blues Recording of the Year. Additionally, he clinched the East Coast Blues Society's "Maritime to Memphis Blues Challenge."

As a dedicated advocate for local music, Jon serves as a board member of Cape Breton Music.
